Hi, my name is Peggy. I have lived in Louisiana nearly all my life, except for a year of two in Maryland as a child.
I have eaten nearly everything that there is to eat in Louisiana over my lifetime.
I love cooking, canning, cleaning and organizing my house. I also love gardening and meal planning/prepping. The hardest part of cooking is planning the meals so that there is no waste…I hate when I buy groceries, or worse yet, grow groceries and they go bad before I can eat them.
Cleaning and organizing are never ending here. I live with one of my sisters…who is not a neat freak to say the least. We struggle sometimes, but we are working on it every day.
